Returns

You may return items within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.


Returns process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@carolethriftshop.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the item.



Return shipping costs

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded.



Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
